What to Bring to Your Consultation with Gary Schwary
Listed below are a few things Gary would like you to bring with you when you meet with him. These items are necessary to ensure that your loan will be approved and processed as quickly as possible. Both borrower & co-borrower must bring the below-listed items.
Paycheck stubs from last 30 days of employment.
W-2s (or 1099s , if self-employed) from the last 2 years.
Last 3 months of bank statements for ALL accounts (checking, savings, CDs, 401k's, IRA's, etc.) If you have a passbook, please bring that also.
If you are currently renting, have landlord information for the past year (name, address, and telephone number).
If applicable, please bring a copy of your Divorce Decree, Separation Agreement, Bankruptcy papers, or Foreclosure papers.
If you receive additional income from Social Security, disability, or retirement, bring statements or other documentation for the last 30 days and/or last 2 years of 1099s
If you pay (or receive, and use it as income) child support or alimony, please provide proper documentation. If you are refinancing your home, bring a copy of your current payment statement.
